Retired Pennsylvania State Trooper Joseph D. Keppick, 87, a resident of the Highlands Healthcare and Rehab Center, Laporte, PA, died Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at the center.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
