Joseph Gregor, Jr, age 84, of Honesdale, PA., died Tuesday afternoon, July 29, 2008 at the Community Medical Center, Scranton, PA. His companion for 43 years is Virginia Potter. Born June 1, 1924 in Hawley, PA., he was the son of the late Joseph, Sr. and Nellie (Simmons) Gregor. He was of the catholic faith and worked for 35 years and retired from Aborio Construction Company, Poughkeepsie, New York, where he was a blacktop foreman. He enjoyed hunting, living in Florida during the winter, spending time with his family, but most of all working. Cremation took place from Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA. Funeral arrangements were entrusted under the care of the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home Cremation Services, Inc., Farview 41st Streets, Carbondale, PA.
