John W. Ransom, age 51, of Lenoxville, PA. died unexpectedly Sunday morning, March 9, 2003 at home. Born July 19, 1951 in Carbondale, PA. He was the son of Agnes (Becker) Ransom, Lenoxville, PA. and the late Robert Ransom, Sr. He was a member of the Carbondale Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, Greenfield Township, PA. He was a 1971 graduate of the Mountain View High School. A lifelong resident of Lenoxville, he was a jack of all trades and a master of most. He is survived by three daughters: Elizabeth Nardi of Poughkeepsie, NY., Abigail Ransom at home and Megan Ransom of Scranton, PA.; one sister: Irene Sechrist of Lenoxville, PA.; three brothers: Robert Ransom, Jr., Donald Ransom, Sr. and James Ransom all of Lenoxville, PA.; Several Nieces Nephews A memorial service was held Wednesday, March 12, 2003 at 6:30 pm in the Carbondale Kingdom Hall Of Jehovahs Witnesses, Ridge Road, Greenfield Township, PA. with services performed by William Whengreen, minister of Jehovahs Witnesses. Cremation took place in the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA.
