John F. Nally, Jr., 51, of Hoboken, NJ, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Born March 13, 1961 in Carbondale, PA., he was the beloved son of Mary Christine Connell Nally of RD, Carbondale, PA. and the late John F. Nally, Sr. He graduated of St. Rose High School, Carbondale, received his bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Scranton, and a Masters in Business Administration from St. John's University, Long Island, NY. John enjoyed many activities such as scuba diving, skiing, golf and sailing. He savored his years living of Long Island and Manhattan. He enjoyed summer weekends at the New Jersey shore and spending time with friends. But he truly cherished the times spent with his family every chance he could. He is survived by three brothers: Patrick Nally and wife Janet of Endicott, NY., Michael Nally and wife Jenny of Greenfield Township, PA. and Christopher Nally and wife Theresa of Pheonix, AZ.; one sister: Eileen Nally-Walker and husband Keith Walker of Juneau, AK; nieces and nephews: Meghan and Colin Nally, Robyn Bonk, Michael, Thomas and Jaclyn Nally, Kaitlan and Brandon Smith, Maria and Riley Nally. He was preceded in death by a baby sister: Christine Nally. The funeral was held Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 10:00 AM from the Edward A. Wade Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 4 Morris Place at Terrace Street, Carbondale, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in St. Rose of Lima Church, 6 North Church Street, Carbondale, celebrated by Msgr. Michael Delaney, assistant pastor of St. Paul's Church, Scranton, PA. Inurnment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA. Pallbearers: Francis Price, Robert Tuite, Kevin Whitcomb, Leo Marzin, Kevin McDonald and Robert Brady. Friends called Monday, May 28, 2012 from 5-8 PM.
