John S. Jellets, 83, formerly of Forest City, PA, died Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025 at Aventura at Creekside, Carbondale, PA,

Born April 21, 1941 in Paterson, NJ, he was the son of the late John and Johanna Reisinger Jellets. He was also preceded in death by his brother: Joseph Jellets; and his wife: Doris Ann Sandfort Jellets.

He is survived by a brother: Jerald Jellets.
