Jeffrey M. Hahn, 44, of Jermyn, PA, died Monday, January 5, 2026.

Born and raised in Tunkhannock, PA, Jeff graduated from Tunkhannock High School and received a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Kings College, Wilkes Barre, PA. He was currently employed as the vice president of technology for Universal Printing in Dunmore, PA.

Jeff was a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Flyers fan. He enjoyed creating items with his son on the 3D printer and was always up for a dance party with Chloe and Kinsley. Jeff was fond of animals, especially his cats. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Peckville.

Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family either at home or on an adventure and will be remembered as a devoted and loving husband and dad.

He is survived by his wife, Kristen Miller-Hahn; his son: Carson; his daughters: Chloe and Kinsley; his parents: Lawrence and Patricia Hahn; a sister: Elissa McCauley and husband, Kevin; and two nephews.

Private funeral services were held from Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 89 Farview Street, Carbondale, PA, with Rev. Andrew Kurovsky, pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Peckville, PA, officiating. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA.
