Jeffrey Edward Scott Bartlebaugh, 36, of Waymart, PA, died Sunday, September 27, 2015 at home. His wife of 14 years is the former Jennifer Jaggars. Born January 13, 1979 in Scranton, PA, son of Thomas Bartlebaugh of Tennessee and Jennie Cottrell of Plains, PA. Jeff was a member and treasurer to Church to the Nations, Waymart. He worked as a caregiver to his cousin and was an avid New York Yankees and Green Bay Packers fan. He is survived by a son: Derek Bartlebaugh; a sister: Diana Kosick and husband Adam of Plains, PA; a nephew: Zachary Kosick; father and mother in law: Pastor Barry and Penny Jaggars of Waymart, PA; a sister in law: Dannielle Jaggars of Waymart, PA; a cousin: Joseph Sarge of Waymart, PA. The funeral was held Friday, October 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from the Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale, PA, officiated by his father in law, Pastor Barry Jaggars and Rev.
