Janet Carr, 65, Lake Ariel, PA, died Sunday, May 4, 2014 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Route 196, in Lake Ariel. Born August 22, 1948 in Queens, NY, she was the daughter of the late Harry J. and Muriel (Walsh) Carr. The funeral was held Saturday, May 10, 2014 with a Mass of Christian Burial at Nativity of The BVM Church, 91-01 Rockaway Blvd., Ozone Park, NY. Cremation followed. Friends called Friday, May 9, 2014 from 2-5 7-9 PM at the James Romanelli-Stephen Funeral Home, 89-01 Rockaway Blvd, Ozone Park, NY. Local arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
