James M. Tracy, 55, of Harford, PA, died Friday, November 11, 2016 at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore, PA. Born March 27, 1961 in Carbondale, PA, he was the son of James A. Tracy of Harford and Elizabeth Machell Grant and stepson of Dale Grant of Harford. He was a 1979 graduate of Mountain View High School, Kingsley, PA. He attended the University of Montana and graduated from Montana State University, School of Architecture. He was employed by Delta Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors, Endwell, NY. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a member of the Harford Rod and Gun Club and a social member of the Elk Mountain VFW Post 8488 in Lenox, PA. He is survived by three sisters: Elizabeth O'Neill of Binghamton, NY, Mary Tracy of Truckee, CA and Laurie Grant of Harford, PA; three brothers: Matthew Tracy of Truckee, CA, Jonathan Tracy and wife Estelle of Kenneth Square, PA and Jarod Tracy of Oklahoma City, OK; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Family and friends called on Friday, November 18, 2016 from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. at the First Congregational Church, 5016 Creek Road, Harford, a service followed at 1:30 p.m. by Rev.
