James B. Rugar, 43, formerly of Scranton, PA, died Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital, Huntingdon, PA. Born April 15, 1973 in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of the late Richard Rugar, Sr. and the late Deborah Dimick Rugar. He is survived by four brothers: Richard Rugar, Jr. of Peckville, PA, Robert Rugar of Taylor, PA, Joseph and Justin Rugar both of Worcester, MA; one sister: Tracey Nelson of Lodi, NJ; several nieces and nephews.
