James J. Piekanski, 67, of Olyphant, PA, died Monday, July 10, 2017 at home. Born July 23, 1949 in Scranton, PA, he was the son of Theodore Charles and Delores K. McDermott Piekanski. James was a member of the United States National Guard and worked as a truck driver for the garment industry. Cremation arrangements were under the care of the Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
