James V. Crisalli, 70, of Syracuse, NY, died Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at the Hamilton Arms Center, Lancaster, PA. His wife was the late Irene M. (Laventure) Crisalli, who died on July 19, 1993.
Born September 23, 1944 in Carbondale, PA, he was the son of the late James V. and Frances (Alampi) Crisalli.
James was a 1963 graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale and owned and operated Crisalli's Plumbing and Heating Company in Syracuse, NY. James had many gifts, including the ability to make his family, friends and customers feel special. He loved to make people smile.
He is survived by a son: David Crisalli and wife Amanda of Paradise Valley, AZ; two granddaughters: Sophia and Juliana Crisalli of Paradise Valley, AZ; a grandson: William Cosmo James Bramer of Jacksonville, FL; two sisters: Catherine Telemko of Carbondale, PA and Frances Grecco of Spring Hill, FL; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son: James V. Crisalli, III.; a daughter: Mary Frances Bramer; two sisters: Josephine (Crisalli) Paul and Angelina (Crisalli) Lewandowski; two brothers: Saverio and Frank Crisalli.
The funeral was held Monday, April 27, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. from the Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 15 Fallbrook Street, Carbondale, celebrated by Rev. John C. O'Bell, pastor. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA.
Pallbearers: David, Samuel, James, Samuel and Frank Crisalli. Friends called Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 5-8 p.m.
