Infant Lynady, died prematurely Monday, December 22, 2008 at the Mid Valley Hospital, Peckville, PA. The child's parents were Michael J. Lynady, Jr. and Rose Mushow, both of Carbondale, PA.Also surviving are three siblings: Adam and Kaily Mushow and Donald Lynady all at home;maternal grandmother: Rose Savage of Eynon, PA.; paternal grandmother: Barbara Sweet of Carbondale, PA. and paternal grandfather: Michael J. Lynady, Sr. of Waymart, PA.No services were held. Cremation took place from the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA. Arrangements were under the direction of the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale.
