Inez B. Snyder age 96, formerly of Lenoxville, died early Tuesday morning, April 23, 2002 at the Forest City Nursing Home where she had been a resident. She was the widow of John E. Snyder, Sr., who died March 12, 2000. Born June 10, 1905 in Clifford, PA. She was the daughter of the late William and Daisy (Vail) Yarns. She was a member of the Clifford United Methodist Church. A 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was also a member of the Lenoxville Senior Citizens. She attended the Greenfield Township High School. She is survived by one daughter: Margaret Loder Remy of Garden Grove, CA.; two sons: John E. Snyder, Jr. of Lenoxville, PA. and Lloyd Snyder of Maryland; one sister: Esther Painter of Oceanside, CA.; 9 Grandchildren; 19 Great Grandchildren; 5 Great Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces Nephews She was preceded in death by two sons: William and Richard Snyder The funeral was held Friday, April 26, 2002 at 11:00 AM from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home, 102 Dundaff Street, Clifford, with the Rev. Jack Race, officiating. Interment, South Gibson Cemetery, South Gibson, PA. Viewing was held Thursday, April 25, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9.
