Ilva R. Reilly, 73, of Scott Twp., PA, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

Born November 14, 1949 in the Bronx, NY, Ilva was the daughter of the late Ubaldo and Rita (Sackela) Bernardini. She attended St. Rose High School in Carbondale, and was a graduate of Bronx public schools. Ilva owned and operated Barbarosa's Bar in Jermyn, PA, for many years.

Ilva was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother. Ilva was a socialite who made many friends over the years. She had a huge heart and would do anything for her friends and family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by husband, James M. Reilly; her daughter, Susan (Steckert) Gravine and husband, Rodney of Simpson, PA and their daughters, Gianna and Gracelyn; her son, Michael Di Pierro of Pine Island, NY, and his children, Michael, Bryan, Aleena, and his granddaughter, Layla; and her nieces, Tiffany and Samantha Mongiello.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Rose Mongiello; and husbands, Daniel Allen and Joseph Liuzzo.

At her request, cremation arrangements were entrusted to Carmine J, and Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
