Helga M. Hooper, of Clifford Township, PA, passed on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at home after an extended illness.

She was born 1937 in Germany and after surviving World War II and a German education, she immigrated to the United States. She loved America, became a U.S. citizen and was proud of it. She enjoyed her family, home, friends, politics, helping people. She was active in the Republican Party and worked on many campaigns.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, John Hooper; step-son: Jerry Moore; son: Warren Moore; several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

As per Helga's request, she was cremated and no services will be held. Interment will take place in the spring at the Willow View Cemetery, Clifford, PA.
