Glen W. Lowry, 51, formerly of Dundaff, PA and a resident of Keystone Community Resources, Inc., 241 Blue Shutters Road, Roaring Brook Township, PA died Monday, March 7, 2016. Born July 6, 1964 in Carbondale, PA, he is the son of the Thelma Smart Lowry of Dundaff and the late Earle Richard Lowry. Glen was a 1985 graduate of Elk Lake High School and a member of the Clifford Baptist Church. The family would like to sincerely thank the staffs at The ARC, Keystone Community Resources, Inc. and Dr. Ruggerio for their care to Glen over the past several years. They would also like to thank the staff at Blue Shutters and Glen's best friend Bill (Bill Dierolf) for their exceptional care, love and kindness shown to Glen. He is survived by one sister: Melody Haley and husband Charles of Clifford Township, PA; one brother: Earl Roger Lowry and wife Ann of St. Louis, MO; six nieces and nephews: Matthew Haley and wife Eeva, Elizabeth Haley and fiance James Pane, Colleen Haley, Kate Lowry and fiance Daniel Larson, Earle Richard Lowry and Francis Ryan Lowry and wife Beth; four great nieces and nephews: Joshua and Morgan Sinnokrak and Auli and Eero Haley A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Clifford Baptist Church, Clifford, PA. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. Arrangements were under the care of the Shilfer-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Clifford, PA.
