Gerald O'Neil, 87, of Carbondale, PA., died Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Regional Hospital, Scranton, PA. Born May 10, 1925 in Scranton, PA., he was the son of the late Lawrence and Agnes Martin O'Neil. He was of the Catholic faith and was a retired Merchant Mariner. He is survived by cousins. He was preceded in death by one brother: Clement O'Neil. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
