Genevieve D. Jean Talarico, age 81, of Carbondale, PA., died unexpectedly Monday afternoon, September 12, 2005 at the Marian Community Hospital, Carbondale. She was the wife of the late Serafine Larky Talarico, who died February 12, 1987. Born June 27, 1924 in Scranton, PA., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Noreika Mack. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Carbondale. She was a graduate of the Scranton Tech High School. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Farview 41st Streets, Carbondale, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 15 Fallbrook Street, Carbondale, celebrated by Rev. Russell Motsay, pastor. Entombment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA. Friends called Wednesday, September 14, 2005 from 6-9 PM.
