He was a friend and confidant to his very many friends and family and took an ongoing interest in their lives. He achieved his dream of returning to Newton Lake and buying a cottage having spent much of his childhood there. He was also a gifted pool player and enjoyed playing in competitions. Frank enjoyed attending his grandchildren's sporting events. As his sister, Judy, described him, he was the most colorful person she ever met. He lived life to the fullest and will be remembered and deeply missed by all.
