Francis P. Stefanick, 75, of Orange, NJ, died Friday, March 4, 2022 at the Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston, NJ. Born October 9, 1946 in Newark, NJ, he was the son of the late Albert and Mary Boylan Stefanick. He was also preceded in death by his brother: Tom Stefanick. Francis lived in Orange with his roommates and supportive staff with the Arc of Essex County for many years. He also enjoyed going to the Cerebral Palsy Center in Belleville and enjoyed doing many activities during his time there with his peers. Francis will be truly missed by all who knew him and supported him over the years. A funeral service was held Friday, March 11, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. from Cotton Funeral Service, 130 Main Street, Orange, NJ. Viewing was held from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Francis was cremated and buried on the family plot at Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA. Out of town and local arrangements were entrusted to Edward A. Wade Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
