Evelyn Curry age 95, a resident of the McDade Apartments, Scranton died early Sunday morning, January 12, 2003 at the Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center, Scranton. She was the widow of the late George Curry. Born January 3, 1908 in Staten Island, New York. She was the daughter of the late William and Lucille (Lindenberger) Kirk. She was a life long resident of Brooklyn, New York and had resided in Scranton for the past 10 years. She was of the catholic faith and was a housewife. She is survived by her niece and caregiver: Patricia Sussman of Kingsley, PA.; Many other nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews and Great Great Nieces and nephews. Cremation took place at the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald. Interment, Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York.
