Eugenia Ann Forelli, age 84, of Long Beach, NY., died Wednesday afternoon, May 8, 2013 at the Ellen Memorial Health Care Center, Honesdale, PA., after an illness. She was the wife of the late Frank Forelli who died in 2008. Born July 20, 1928 in Queens, NY., she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Vera Attanasio Ippolito. She is survived by three children: Eugenia, Frank and Chip; as well as her grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Long Island, New York. Local arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
