Eugene P. Crandall, 74, of Carbondale, PA, died Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at his residence.

Born January 31, 1951 in Carbondale, PA, he was the son of the late Harold and Alice Overton Crandall.

Gene was raised in Jessup, PA, and was of the methodist faith. He was formerly employed as an orderly for the Carbondale Nursing Home, the former Carbondale General Hospital and the former Mid Valley Hospital, Peckville, PA.

He is survived by two sisters: Alice Jean Roe and Linda Prokarym; one brother: Joseph Crandall; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers: Harold, Jr. and Robert Crandall and three sisters: Margaret Burns, Elizabeth Coustoulas and Gertrude Crandall.

Private interment, Union Cemetery, Peckville, PA. under the direction of Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
