Eloise M. Goodrich, 90, of Greenfield Township, PA., died Friday morning, August 17, 2007 at Community Medical Center, Scranton, PA. She was the wife of Robert S. Goodrich, who died August 31, 1986. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in August of 1986. Born June 29, 1917 in Greenfield Township, PA., she was the daughter of the late Earl and Vina (Gardner) White. She was the step daughter of the late Agatha Powell White. She was a graduate of Greenfield Township Schools and was a member of the Finch Hill Baptist Church, Greenfield Township. She was also a member of the Greenfield Historical Society and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Clifford Volunteer Fire Company, Clifford, PA., and Greenfield Township Volunteer Fire Company. She is survived by two sons: Kenneth Goodrich and wife Judy and Douglas Goodrich and wife Dorothy all of Greenfield Township, PA.; one brother: Rolland White of Tompkinsville, PA.; four grandchildren: Pamela Rutherford and husband Kurt of Bel Air, MD., Amy Goodrich of Bel Air, MD.; Robert Goodrich of New Milford, PA. and Darrick Goodrich and fiance Tracy and son Ryan of Factoryville, PA.; four Great Grandchildren, Lauren Kyle Rutherford and Ethan Elizabeth Harjes; three step grandchildren: Tammy Kazmierski and husband Stanley and Robin Nichols and husband Benjamin all of Olyphant, PA. and Willard Dennis of Justus, PA.; four step great grandchildren: Erica Shaun Kazmierski and William Samantha Jenkins; one step great great grandchild: Tori Sanko. She was preceded in death by two sisters: Anabel Wells and Vina Goodrich The funeral was held Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at 1:00 PM from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home, Dundaff and Main Streets, Clifford with the Rev. Daniel Henwood, pastor of the Finch Hill Baptist Church, officiating. Interment, Sandy Banks Cemetery, Greenfield Township. Friends called Monday from 5-8 PM. Pallbearers: Robert Goodrich, Darrick Goodrich, Jack Iyoob, Jackie Iyoob, Howard Walton and John Shust.
