Elaine Rose Yakubik, 67, of Dunnellon, FL., died Friday, August 31, 2018 at her summer residence in Simpson, PA. Born January 22, 1951 in Carbondale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Rose Curto Yakubik. Elaine loved life, she was a nurse, teacher and loved her children. She believed in dreaming big, working steadfastly and caring deeply. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
