Dorothy L. Holibaugh, 91, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Concordia Manor Nursing Home, St. Petersburg. She was the wife of the late Donald Y. Holibaugh, who died on December 6, 2013. Born April 9, 1923 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late George and Frances Wagner Neeman. She formerly resided in the Clifford and Forest City, Pennsylvania area having moved from Vineland, New Jersey in 1990. She is survived by two sons: James Holibaugh of St. Petersburg, FL and Richard Holibaugh of Egg Harbor Township, NJ; 6 grandchildren. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
