Donald Y. Holibaugh, 91, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Friday, December 6, 2013 at Suncoast Hospice Care Center South in St. Petersburg. He was the husband of the former Dorothy L. Neeman. Born May 19, 1922 in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late Donald Y. and Hazel Jackson Holibaugh. He was a retired salesman having worked for Engel and Simmons a wholesale fishing tackle business in Haddon Heights, New Jersey. He formerly resided in the Clifford and Forest City, Pennsylvania area having moved from Vineland, New Jersey in 1990. He is survived by two sons: James S. Holibaugh of St. Petersburg, FL and Richard Holibaugh of Egg Harbor Twp., NJ.; 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister: Jean Burich. As per his request, he was cremated and no services were held. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
