Donald J. Fay, 67, a resident of Creekside Health and Rehab Center, Carbondale, PA, died Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Creekside. Born April 5, 1949 in Carbondale, PA, he was the son of the late Walter and Phyllis Howe Fay. Donald was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale and was a veteran of the Navy. He had been employed as a security guard and was of the Catholic faith. He is survived by two sisters: Mary Beth Pish of Olyphant, PA and Ann Fay of Carbondale, PA; two brothers: Martin Fay of Scranton, PA and Edward Fay of Silver Springs, CO; several nieces and nephews.
