Diane M. (Mustica) Curtis, age 38, of Bethany, PA. died Sunday evening, November 7, 2004 at home after a courageous battle with brain cancer. She was the wife of Christopher Curtis. Born December 8, 1965 in Newark, NJ. She is the daughter of Eileen (Connolly) Mustica of Forest City, PA. and the late John B. Mustica. She was a 1983 graduate of the Morris Knolls High School in Rockaway, New Jersey. She worked at the PNC Bank in Carbondale, PA. and the Community Bank Trust in Forest City. She was a Pampered Chef Consultant and worked in the family business, Blueberry Hill Farm Greenhouses in Forest City for the last 20 years. She was a loving wife and mother and will be missed tremendously by everyone who has ever known her. She was the inspiration for the Ride for Diane. She is survived by one daughter: Ashley Curtis, age 6 of Bethany, PA.; one son: Jonathan Curtis, age 8 of Bethany, PA.; one sister: Cynthia Thomas of Forest City, PA.; one brother: John Mustica of Forest City, PA.; 22 Nieces Nephews The funeral was held Thursday, November 11, 2004 at 9:45 am from the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in St. Marys Church, Waymart, PA., celebrated by Rev. John T. Albosta, pastor and Rev. Phillip J. Sladicka of St. Patrick's Church, Olyphant, officiating. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA. Friends called Wednesday, November 10, 2004 from 2-4 7-9 PM.
