Dennis Carl Wayman, 60, of Myrtle Beach, SC., and formerly of Childs, PA, died Thursday, April 30, 2026.

Born February 23, 1966 in Carbondale, PA., he was the son of the late Dennis Paul Wayman, and the late Ann Marie Concetta Alampi; both of Carbondale, PA.

Dennis was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Michele.

Dennis was a graduate of Lakeland High School, class of 1984. He had a passion for music, cooking, fishing, long car rides and living life with no boundaries. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a beautiful heart.

He is survived by two wonderful children: Dennis Wayman and wife, Kelsey of Myrtle Beach, SC and Justin Wayman and wife, Krista of Myrtle Beach, SC; three beautiful grandchildren: Grey, Hallie and Thomas. Dennis is also survived by a sister: Denise Bomba and husband, Edward S. Bomba of Greenfield Township, PA; a brother: Scott Wayman and wife, Michelle Wayman of Newton Township, PA; two nieces: Alexandra Brister and husband, Matt Brister of Carbondale, PA and Stephanie Palermo and husband, Joseph Palermo of Jermyn, PA; as well as Annie, his fur niece, who he adored. Dennis had many beloved family members and friends and shared wonderful moments with them that brought him great joy and love.

There will be no service. The family asks that in memory of Dennis; keep your loved ones close and support them. Believe in them, and know their struggles are real. Addiction is a battle that cannot be fought alone.
