David S. Urbanski, 61, a resident of Creekside Health Care Center, Carbondale, PA, died Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Creekside. Born June 7, 1959 in Pittston, PA, he was the son of the late Stanley and Lottie Tokash Urbanski. He had worked as a customer service representative for Greyhound Bus Lines in Charlotte, NC.
