Daniel King, age 69, of Brooklyn, NY., died Sunday night, January 3, 2010 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Wilkes-Barre, PA. He was the husband of the former Loretta Schuchman King of Brooklyn, NY. Born November 15, 1940 in Staten Island, NY., he was the son of the late Doris Malary. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a truck driver for Consolidated Freightways. The funeral was held Saturday, January 9, 2009 from Brooklyn Funeral Home Cremation Service, 2380 Pacific Street, Brooklyn, NY. Cremation followed at the Fresh Pond Crematory, Middle Village, NY. Local Arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
