Cole Michael Bognatz, infant son of Joseph and Heather (Perry) Bognatz of Carbondale, PA., died Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton, PA. He is survived by one sister: Masie Bognatz at home; paternal grandmother: Margaret Bognatz of Crystal Lake, PA.; maternal grandmothers: Irene Durko of Union Dale, PA. and Paula Manzer of Factoryville, PA.; three uncles: Richard Manzer, Jeff Bognatz and Edward Bognatz, Jr.; one aunt: Janey Ransom; and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Edward Bognatz, Sr. A private graveside service was held Monday, May 23, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA., with Rev. Russell E. motsay, pastor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Carbondale, officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale.
