Cody M. Albert, 21, of Kingsley, PA, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 18, 2016. Born July 5, 1994 in Scranton, PA, he is the son of Dale and Linda Depew Albert of Kingsley, PA. Cody was a 2012 graduate of Mountain View High School, Kingsley and was currently a junior at Kutztown University. In his short 21 years, Cody lived life to its fullest, he loved outdoor activities especially, snowboarding, dirt bike riding, baseball, skate boarding and hunting. He was talented in sketching and drawing and was also fond of cars. Cody will forever be remembered for his kind and loving heart and the special bond he shared with his brother, Ryan and his Grandma Audrey. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and his many pets always held a special place in his life. Anyone who met Cody will never forget how his beautiful smile warmed your heart. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends. He is survived by one brother: Ryan Depew of Kingsley, PA; grandparents: Audrey Depew of Nicholson, PA, William Albert, Sr. of Kingsley, PA, Judy and Larry Siratt of Lake Placid, FL; a niece and a nephew; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents: Gilbert E. Depew and Deborah Kulick; an aunt: Judy Albert Barwick. The family received friends on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 starting at 11:00 a.m. at the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford, PA. A funeral service was conducted at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Alex Debee, officiating. Interment, Willow View Cemetery, Clifford. Pallbearers: Ryan Depew, Jeff Smalley, Ryan Falkenburg, Austin Tracy, Dakota Tracy, Robert Murphy, Jamie Holleran, Gary Smith and Tess Berish.
