Clarence G. "Jerry" Tyler, 76, of Carbondale, PA, died Monday, June 10, 2019 at home. Born October 8, 1942 in Carbondale, PA, he was the son of the late Clarence V. and Mary Clune Tyler. He is survived by a daughter: Mary Eckerman of Jermyn, PA; four grandchildren: Kendra Tyler of Old Forge, PA, Brandon Smith of Jermyn, PA, Aaron Smith of Austin, TX and Meadow Jones of Jermyn, PA; a great grandson: Landyn Tyler of Old Forge, PA; four sisters: Kay Tyler, Mary Heusser, Judy Tyler Kirk and Joy Tyler; five brothers: Tim Tyler, Walter Jackovitz, Thomas Jackovitz, John Tyler and Thomas Tyler; numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
