Clarence H. Kilmer, Jr., age 65, of Forest City, PA., died Saturday evening, April 12, 2003 at the Marian Community Hospital, Carbondale, PA. His wife is the former Carol Geuther.
Born March 3, 1938 in Carbondale, PA. He is the son of Clarence H. Kilmer, Sr. of Kingsley, PA. and the late Concetta (Corvino) Kilmer.
He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Scranton, PA. He was a graduate of Scott and Greenfield Township Schools.
He is survived by two daughters: Darlene Wallinger of Clifford, PA. and Melissa Kilmer of Carbondale, PA.; four sons: Kevin Kilmer of Casselberry, FL., Joel Kilmer of Jermyn, PA., Danny Kilmer of Carbondale, PA. and Eric Kilmer of Deltona, FL.; two sisters: Shirley Uhran of Longwood, FL. and Joann Telford of Crystal Lake, PA.; six brothers: Robert Kilmer of Clifford, PA., Fred Kilmer of Nicholson, PA., Ronald Kilmer of Forest City, PA., Douglas Kilmer of Clifford, PA., Raymond Kilmer of Thompson, PA. and Larry Kilmer of Mayfield, PA.; 7 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces Nephews
The funeral was held Wednesday, April 16, 2003 at 11:00 am in the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home, Dundaff and Main Streets, Clifford, with Rev. Michael McCabe, pastor of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Scranton, officiating. Interment, Willow View Cemetery, Clifford.
Friends called Tuesday, April 15, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9.
