Christopher J. Young, 33, of Clifford, PA., died unexpectedly Friday evening, November 23, 2007 in Eldred Township, PA., Monroe County. Born February 27, 1974 in Philadelphia, PA., he is the son of Doris (Taylor) Young of Clifford and the late John M. Jack Young, Jr., who died January 2, 2004. He was a 1992 graduate of Mountain View High School, Kingsley, PA. and attended St. Pius X Church in Royal, PA. He worked as a construction worker for Rizzetto Construction Management, Inc. in Schnecksville, PA. He is survived by two daughters: Sabryna Marie Alley of Clifford, PA. and Tristyn Young of Dunmore, PA.; one brother: Brian P. and wife Wendy Young of Liberty, NY. A memorial service was held Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at 1:00 PM from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home, Dundaff Main Streets, Clifford., with Rev. William D. Campbell, senior assistant pastor of St. Pius X Church, officiating. Cremation took place from Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA. Friends called Wednesday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Memorial donations can be made to assist with the needs of Christopher's two daughters.
