Christina M. Voorheis, 18, of Kingsley, PA. died Sunday morning, November 27, 2011 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on State Route 2063 in Harford Township, PA. Born June 6, 1993 in Montour Falls, NY., she was the daughter of Tammy Pickering Latwinski of Kingsley and Ernest Voorheis, Sr. of New York. She was the step daughter of Ronnie Latwinski of Kingsley. She was a graduate of the Mountain View High School, Kingsley. She was a fun loving girl who enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing pool, volleyball, cheerleading, singing, dancing and being with friends and family. She was loved by many and all who knew her could say that she always brought a smile to people's faces. She will be greatly missed by everyone. She is survived by four brothers: Brian Penny and wife Ruby, Jason Penny, Derek Stamp and wife Markie and Ernie Voorheis; maternal grandmother: Liddie Dewitt; paternal grandparents: Roland and Linda Voorheis; one niece: Lena; one nephew, Jeremiah; aunts, uncles and cousins. The funeral was held Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 11:00 AM from the Elkdale Baptist Church of West Clifford, 45 State Route 2014, Clifford Township, PA., with the Rev. Frank Bissol, pastor, officiating. Cremation followed the service. Friends called Friday, December 2, 2011 from 5-8 PM at Shifler-Parise Funeral Home Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford, PA. and Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 10:00 AM till the time of the service at the church.
