Catherine "Cathy" Kilmer, 73, of Clifford Township, PA, died suddenly on Friday, May 31, 2024 at her residence. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Robert G. Kilmer.

Born November 5, 1950 in Englewood, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marjorie Leahy Woodyshek.

Prior to her retirement, Cathy had been employed for over 35 years in the Personnel Department at the Gentex Corporation in Simpson. She enjoyed reading, tending to her plants and garden and considered all the animals that visited her home her little pets. Cathy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family unconditionally. If you knew her you knew her strength, her integrity, her kindness, her compassion, and her generosity. She treated everyone with respect and would do anything she could for those in need. Her faith was strong, and she is now at peace. She will be greatly missed, and always remembered.

She is also survived by two daughters: Kelly Belcher and husband, Donald of Union Dale, PA, and Rebecca Kilmer and fiancé, Brad Howell of Clifford, PA; four grandchildren: Paige Johnson and husband, Jesse, Robert Belcher and wife, Madison, Morgan Belcher and Daniel Belcher; four great grandchildren: Iris and Poppy Johnson and Kennedy and Lydia Belcher; one sister: Lori Woodyshek of Vandling, PA; three brothers: J. Daniel Woodyshek of Florida, John Woodyshek of Sidney, NY and Thomas Woodyshek of Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.

As per Cathy's request, funeral services were held privately from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Clifford, PA. Interment took place at the Willow View Cemetery, Clifford, PA.
