Carmino J. Seranni, 82, a lifelong resident of Carbondale, PA, died Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at Regional Hospital, Scranton, PA.

Born May 8, 1942 in Carbondale, PA, he was the son of the late Phillip and Rose Mancuso Seranni.

He was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale, and served four years in the U.S. Navy having been stationed in the Caribbean. Carmen was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Carbondale, and prior to his retirement had been employed by the Gentex Corporation and Allied Services.

He is survived by one brother: Phillip Seranni of Sparta, NJ; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

He was also preceded in death by a sister: Philomena Garcia, who resided in California.

Private funeral services including military honors were held at Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA.
