Carmella D. Mussari, age 94, formerly of 120 Belmont Street, Carbondale, PA. died Tuesday evening, December 14, 2004 at the Blue Ash Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Blue Ash, Ohio. She was the wife of the late Anthony J. Mussari who died June 10, 1983. Born October 25, 1910 in Italy. She was the daughter of the late Santo and Nina (Talerico) Grande. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Carbondale. She was a former member of the Belmont Street Neighborhood Association, Carbondale. She worked as a floor lady at various local dress factories for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed. She is survived by one son: Jerry Mussari of Cincinnati, OH.; two sisters: Dorothy Lapera of Carbondale, PA. and Helen Brown of Tocoma Park, MD.; 2 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces Nephews She was preceded in death by one brother: Guy Grande; three sisters: Rose McAndrew, Margaret Cost and Christina Morcom The funeral was held Monday, December 20, 2004 at 9:00 am from the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 15 Fallbrook Street, Carbondale, celebrated by Rev. Russell Motsay, pastor. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township. Friends called Sunday, December 19, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Pallbearers: Grandchildren-David and Scott Mussari; Billy Mussari, Gary Lapera, Joseph Graziano and Joe Chellino.
