Carl Diddy Parsons, 58, of RD Jermyn, PA., died Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at the Marian Community Hospital, Carbondale, PA. Born November 6, 1952 in New York, he was the son of the late Sylvia A. Parsons. He was the owner and operator of Perfect Rainbow Painting. He is survived by one son: Arthur Roman of Carbondale, PA.; one step daughter: Ciera Roman of Dickson City, PA.; his companion: Brenda Roman of South Abington Twp., PA. Cremation arrangements were conducted by the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
