Chester P. Szymanosky, Sr., 81, of Lakewood, PA., died Monday Morning, November 17, 2008 at home. He was the husband of the former Carol Metzger. Born in Scranton, PA., he was the son of the late John and Mary (Lozenski) Szymanosky. He was a retired truck driver and a mechanic for Krempasky Equipment, Honesdale, PA.He is survived by two sons: Chester Szymanosky, Jr. and James Szymanosky both of Lakewood, PA.; one daughter: Mary Lou Scott of Hamlin, PA.; several brothers and sisters; 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.As per his request no services were held. Cremation took place from the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA. Arrangements were under the direction of the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
