Bruno J. Chellino, 83, of Carbondale, PA, died Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Geisinger Community Medical Center, Scranton, PA. Born in Carbondale, PA, he was the son of the late Carmine "Dick" and Mary Leo Chellino. Bruno was a 1955 graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale, and was also a graduate of the University of Scranton. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and had been employed in the offices of Emery Freight, Scranton, PA, before his retirement. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. He is survived by several cousins and many friends, especially Phil Bianco and the guys he met at Lapera's Gas Station and Burger King every morning for breakfast. He will be deeply missed by those who had the pleasure of knowing him. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 15 Fallbrook Street, Carbondale, PA.
