Brenda M. Valentine Napierkowski, 48, of Kingsley, PA., died Monday evening, March 25, 2013 upon arrival at Endless Mountains Health Care Center, Montrose, PA. She was the wife of Edward D. Napierkowski. Born October 7, 1964 in Scranton, PA., she was the daughter of the late John K. and Frances J. Augustine Valentine. She was a graduate of the Mountain View High School in Kingsley and had been previously employed at Specialty Records in Olyphant, PA. She was a member of St. John Vianney Parish in Royal, PA. She enjoyed attending her son's motor cross races and was an avid baker. She was passionate about helping others in need and always made sure her family was the most important thing in her life. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She is survived by one son: Jacob Napierkowski at home; two daughters: Alexandria O'Connell of Forty Fort, PA. and Ashleigh Napierkowski of Pittsburgh, PA.; one brother: Joseph Valentine and wife Lisa of Union Dale, PA.; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by one brother: John Valentine The funeral was held Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 9:30 AM from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford, PA., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Pius X Church, Route 106, Royal, PA., celebrated by Rev. Michael J. Kirwin, pastor of St. John Vianney Parish. Cremation followed the Mass. Inurnment, Willow View Cemetery, Clifford, PA. Pallbearers: Larry Napierkowski, Greg Rudick, Ian Bailey, Doug Waymire, Joseph Thomas and Frank Penino. Friends called Wednesday, March 27, 2013 from 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers and mass cards, donations were made in Brenda's name to the Rider Down Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping responsible off road motorcyclists and ATV racers who have been injured while riding.
