Baby Anthony Lee Ward, died hours after birth Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at Community Medical Center, Scranton, PA. He was the son of the Catraya Mickey Ward and Kristie Marie Moore of Washington Street, Carbondale, PA. and formerly of Paterson, NJ. He is also survived by his grandparents Cremation took place from the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc, Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale.
