Baby Anthony Bernard Takach, son of Steven and Elizabeth (Abramo) Takach of Chapman Lake Road, Jermyn, PA., died prematurely Thursday afternoon, June 15, 2006 at Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton, PA. He is survived by one sister: Marie Dolores Takach, at home; paternal grandmother: Marguerite (Jones) Takach of Greenfield Twp., PA.; maternal grandparents: Anthony and Margaret (Tremmel) Abramo of Hillsboro, NJ. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Andrew Bernard Takach, who died July 11, 1998. A funeral mass was held Friday, June 23, 2006 at 9:30 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 15 Fallbrook Street, Carbondale, PA., celebrated by Rev. Russell Motsay, pastor. Interment: Sandy Banks Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA. Cremation took place at the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA.
