Baby Adam Mickelson, son of Tracy and Melanie (O'Donnell) Mickelson of 1527 Shoemaker Avenue, West Wyoming, PA. died prematurely Monday afternoon, April 14, 2003 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, PA. He is survived by: Maternal Grandparents: Gerald Beverly O'Donnell of Exeter, PA.; Paternal Grandmother: Claire Hill-Wilson of Painted Post, NY.; two Paternal Uncles: Carey Mickelson of Cedar Grove, NY. and Douglas Mickelson of Florida Cremation took place in the Maple Hill Crematory, Archbald, PA. A private graveside service was held Monday, July 14, 2003 at 10:00 am in St. Mary of the Maternity Cemetery, West Wyoming, PA., conducted by Rev. Joseph Rauscher, pastor of St. Nicholas R.C. Church, Wilkes-Barre, PA. and the Rev. Penney Rahm, pastor of the Central United Methodist Church, Wilkes-Barre, PA. Funeral arrangements were entrusted into the care of the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home, Inc., Farview 41st Streets, Carbondale, PA.
