Baby Faith Coggins, daughter of Brittany Coggins of Union Dale, PA., and David Cheplick of Throop, PA., died prematurely Thursday, July 8, 2010 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, PA. A private graveside service was held at Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township, PA. Arrangements were under the direction of the Carmine J. Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
